Machinery exporter: turning technical material into a brand website that captures inquiries

How a machinery exporter turned scattered catalogs, parameters and certificates into a brand website that answers buyer questions and pre-qualifies inquiries.

Background

A machinery and equipment exporter had years of catalogs, parameter sheets, certificates and application photos — spread across PDFs, sales inboxes and an underwhelming marketplace store. Overseas buyers could not find the specifications they needed, and the sales team answered the same questions repeatedly.

What we did

1. Structured the technical material
Catalogs, parameter tables, manuals and certificates were reorganized into a product library with model pages, downloadable documents and video support.

2. Built the trust layer
Application cases, model comparison pages and FAQ were added so buyers could evaluate before contacting. AI multilingual live chat handles specification questions around the clock in the visitor's own language.

3. Connected inquiry flow
Customized inquiry forms ask for target market, application and volume, with spam protection in place, so requests arriving in the inbox are already qualified.

4. Kept it owned
The site is privately deployed — domain, server, data and source code belong to the company, with a migration-ready source code package agreed at the end of service.

Result

Product questions that used to consume sales calls are answered on the site, and the inquiries that do arrive carry market and application context. This is an illustrative case built on our standard service scope; figures to be confirmed with your actual project.
